American Blackjack from Betsoft is a game showing blackjack in its simplest form. The game is much easier to understand, giving even beginners the ability to play with ease. To start things off, this game is played with 6 decks of cards, and you are only playing against the dealer. This takes the pressure of playing with a number of others while trying to focus, or even just learn the game. The object throughout the game is to get as close to '21' as possible, without going over of course. The betting amounts range from $1, $5, $25, $50 and $100. The higher the bet placed the more money to win. There are different rules/benefits on the table. Players can 'Split' which means if you get 2 of the same cards, you have the option to turn your hand into 2 playing hands. You can call 'Insurance' which means you are guessing the dealer has blackjack. And finally, you can 'Double Down' which means you have 2 cards, and the third card given will total a number, beating the dealer.
All rules aside, my favourite part to Betsoft's version of American Blackjack is the dealer itself...he will often give you guidance as to what to do next. This allows you learn a lot more about the game while playing.
